The BRK(TM) hardwired ionization smoke and carbon monoxide alarm features a 10-year sealed lithium battery backup non-replaceable. The separate smoke and carbon monoxide sensors ensure the detection of both dangers. It features a dual ionization smoke sensing chamber that is screened for insect protection, a carbon monoxide sensor, an 85 dB siren, a 9 V battery backup and a silence feature while he latching alarm indicator remembers which unit initiated the alarm.
