This Master Plumber plastic cartridge fits a variety of Aquadis shower fixtures. Replacing a faucet cartridge in a shower is a simple home repair task that even non-handy owners can take on with standard hand tools. The plumbing cartridge installs from the front, so there’s no need to open the wall to do the job. It replaces OEM RP-D010 and 773497040544 cartridges. The pressure-balance cartridge automatically controls the flow of hot and cold water to the shower head. It helps prevent outflow temperature fluctuations caused by water pressure changes in the plumbing system. The cartridge’s plastic housing is durable and resists corrosion. The drop-in design simplifies installation.
