Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition (unused, uninstalled, with all packaging and tags)
  • You have the original receipt or order confirmation
  • The item is not listed in our non-returnable products (see below)

Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Glues and Pastes (opened containers)
  • Drain Cleaners (chemical products)
  • Fire Safety equipment that has been activated or used
  • Electrical Boxes and Connectors that have been installed or modified
  • Any item that shows signs of use or installation

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use the template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package the Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item – Include the RMA number on the package and ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Time: 3-5 business days after we receive the item
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same process as returns. Please specify in your email:

  • The item you wish to exchange
  • The replacement item you’d like (including product code if possible)
  • Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (including electrical components, plumbing fittings, or appliances):

  2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs
