Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy Overview
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet these conditions:
- Item is in original condition (unused, uninstalled, with all packaging and tags)
- You have the original receipt or order confirmation
- Item is not on our non-returnable list (see below)
Non-Returnable Products
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Drain Cleaners (chemical products)
- Activated or used Fire Safety equipment
- Installed or modified Electrical Boxes and Connectors
- Any item showing signs of use or installation
Step-by-Step Return Process

- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
